I cannot beleived what people will do to give themselves an aboriginal Métis identity in western Canada .

The Métis of western Canada , more so the one located in Manitoba closely tied to the eastern French and Métis families, are faced with a strong case of Métis cultural and linguistic extinction caused by the worse case scenario of a deliberate Métis cultural historical and political appropriation done by the English and Scottich Halfbreed country born that live in western Canada .

Lets be clear, this cultural, historical and political appropriation of Louis Riel as their sole leader extended to his dream and his sole french writings but they sure never did appropriated themselves of Louis Riel french language that he spoke eloquently and learned from his mother and his Québec relatives when he went studying in Montreal french college.

Now with this cultural, historical and political appropriation, they control the Métis movement in Canada by claiming to be the sole Métis but with no connection whatsoever to the eastern and western French and Métis families and culture.

Now they claimed as their own the eastern Métis saches ,birch bark voyageur canoes, beef Cart, Métis songs and imposing and creating a so called Métis national anthem in their sole English language and claiming and refusing categorically that there is no Métis in eastern Canada more so in Québec.

What are they scared of? Probably to loose the control of the Métis movement to the French Metis language or at least to provide services in the French Métis language so needed in St Laurent ,Manitoba and Lac Labiche in Alberta to keep the French Métis language alive.

When are those Halfbreed country born people will show us the true colors of their own culture, history, their own English and Scottish family ties and more so their true language so different from French Métis.

Well it look like it is easier to steal the house of your neigbours then to, at least, to attemp to built their own. Is it because of course they are not recognised as an distinct Aboriginal Nation in the Canadian Constitution like the Métis are ?

SHAME ON YOU ALL
